Luke Scanlon is a native of New Jersey and received his bachelor’s degree in Food Marketing from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia. For the past 20 years Luke has been working in the HR/Talent Acquisition space for the non-for-profit, consulting, and Technology industries. His focus has been on building and managing Talent Acquisition strategies, planning/forecasting hiring needs, creating and implementing Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion programs, leading recruiting teams and partnering with Universities and colleges nationwide to attract and build early career talent pipelines.
Luke has served on the board of the Atlanta College and Career Academy and PTO for Fred A. Toomer elementary school in Atlanta, Ga. Currently Luke is an Elder at First Presbyterian Church of LaGrange and is a member of their Personnel council.
Luke is married to Tessa Scanlon and they have three children, Porter, Leo, and John. Tessa attended Montesori and we’re delighted to have both Porter and Leo attending Hillside Montessori as they’ve been thriving both academically and socially.
